Floculant Water Treatment in Tablet FormFloculant Tablets 2kg - Floculant tabs are exclusively used in pools with sand filters, the floculant breaks down and binds microscopic particles together so that they are trapped in the filter and do not just pass through it. Some floculants deposit the particles on the pool floor which then need to be hoovered, others keep them suspended in the water until they reach the filter.

Line Cleaning Solution - in 1ltr containers - Mild bleach and detergent solution for getting rid of scum and dirt along the water line of the pool, applied and washed down with a sponge pad.

Pristine Blue - Non chlorine treatment -With environmental concerns becoming more and more important we recommend the use of a completely non chlorine system called PristineBlue. Pristine blue is a revolutionary system which uses copper sulphate as a sanitiser which has just been approved for use as a drinking water additive in Europe.

Renew - non chlorine shock for spas - Potassium Peroxymonosulphate not a sanitiser but used to get rid of bathing and body oils, normally used weekly in place of chlorine shock in non chlorine spa and pool applications particularly when using Bromine. Shocking is also referred to as oxidation and is the process of removing organic materials such as body oils, cosmetics and lotions from the water. If these materials buildup, spa water can become cloudy or hazy. Using a shocking agent such as Renew or OZ will oxidize the materials that may cause foul odors, eye or skin irritation, or dull, cloudy water. No matter which sanitizing system you choose, it will be necessary to “shock” your spa on a routine basis. Leisure Time recommends shocking spa water after each use or at least once each week, whichever is more frequent. This will increase the effectiveness of your sanitizer. When using the Reserve & Renew sanitizing system, it is necessary to shock your spa
water after each use.

Liquid Spa Down (ph minus for spas) - To lower the pH in a spa. pH It is critical that the pH of your spa water stay within the recommended range of 7.2-7.8. Any fluctuations above or below this range can cause spa water to be corrosive or scale forming. pH is easily adjusted by using pH Up or pH Down. For more convenience use Liquid pH Up or Liquid pH Down.

Liquid Spa Up (ph plus for spas) - To increase the pH in a spa.Gently increases pH with "no mix" liquid. Allows for a more comfortable control of the adjustment of pH.

pH Balance - Locks in the pH for spas - Maintains neutral pH in a spa. Total alkalinity acts as a buffer preventing the pH levels from changing
as additional chemicals or other substances are added to the water.Any fluctuation above or below the recommended range of 80-120 ppm causes the pH to be unstable causing corrosion, cloudy water or scaling. When the total alkalinity needs adjusting, use either granular or liquid Spa Up or Spa Down or use Alkalinity
Increaser.

Filter Clean in 1ltr bottles - pleated filter cleaning solution, simply remove your filter and soak in this solution to get a deep clean to your pleated spa filter. Concentrated formula deep cleans filter to remove dirt, oil, grease and scale.

Calcium booster for spas - . The recommended range for calcium is between 150-400 ppm. Calcium levels outside of this range can cause scale buildup, foaming, or corrosion to equipment and plumbing. To raise the calcium level, use Calcium Booster. However, the only way to lower the calcium level is to drain part of the water and refill with soft water. Using a sequestering agent such as Defender will prevent calcium and scale formations by chemically bonding with the calcium to keep it in solution.

Bright and Clear - clarifier and floculant liquid for spas safe for ozone, does not cause build up.Developed especially for hot water treatment, this clarifier utilizes unique polymer action that neutralizes and removes dirt, soap, oily films and suspended particles for clean, fresh water.

Cover Care and Conditioner for spas - Cleans, restores and protects spa covers from weathering, fading and discoloration. Specially formulated with a UV protectant.

Citabright  -Featuring the natural cleaning power of citrus, this spray-and-wipe formula cleans and degreases almost any surface — from spas and hot tubs to swimming pools, patio furniture and more. Spa Fragrances - can be used in any spa or bath, just a few drops into the water

Water treatment is an essential part of owning a swimming pool, there are two sides to water treatment, filtration and sanitisation.

Once you’ve determined the readings for pH, total alkalinity and calcium hardness, you need to adjust your water so that the levels fall within the normal ranges. Testing your spa water regularly will make you aware of any fluctuations in water balance. If your spa water does not fall within the recommended ranges and remains unbalanced, problems such as cloudy water, scaling, equipment corrosion, and skin irritation can occur.
